Return Policy
- Products may be returned within 45 days of purchase for a refund.
- Product must be in an undamaged condition to qualify for a refund.
- If you wish to return your product, you must first call or email to receive a return authorization number.
- Order must be returned in original packing and with all accessories.
- Customer will be refunded full purchase price, to include sales tax.
- There is no restocking fee for returning an item.
- Customer is responsible for paying return shipping cost.
- Shipping cost will only be refunded if the return is a result of an error on our behalf.
- If you wish to exchange an item, notify customer service representative when you call for your return merchandise authorization number, and then proceed with return as normal. When product arrives and package is inspected, you will receive a full merchandise credit for your purchase amount.
- If exchanging an item, you will be responsible for paying return shipping cost.
- No credit will be given for damaged returns.
- Refund will be issued within 2 business days of receiving and inspecting return, however it may take longer for your bank to process refund and deposit the balance into your account. Please see your bank for more details.
Damaged Product Policy For Singer products: Products carry a 30 day money-back guarantee, and sewing machines have a 25 year limited warranty. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so that we may assist you in contacting the appropriate personnel at Singer. For Brother products: Please notify Select Sewing Machines of your damaged product within 30 days of receiving the product so that we may arrange for replacement.
Shipping Policy
- Currently, we only offer shipping within the USA.
- Free shipping offer applies to the purchase of any sewing machine from our site.
- Singer orders will generally ship within 1-2 business days.
- Brother orders will generally ship within 1 business day.
- We will send your tracking number once it is made available to us. However, be advised that under certain circumstances, it may take up to 5 business days to receive the tracking number.
- Unfortunately we cannot ship to Post Office boxes, and must require a physical address for delivery.
- Shipping is available to APO/FPO for an additional fee. If shipping to APO/FPO, call for more information and to place an order.
100% Low Price Guarantee Policy
- Product must be identical - same model number, in new condition (not used or refurbished).
- Product must be in-stock at the competing site.
- Product must also be in-stock on our site, as we cannot price match items that we currently cannot sell.
- Price match must be of entire order price, to include product, shipping, taxes, and any other applicable fees.
- Select Sewing Machines reserves the right to deny a price match if the competitor is breaking the current Minimum Advertised Price set by the manufacturer/distributor (should that item have MAP pricing) if our price match, free shipping, and other fees charged to us would result in monetary loss on the sale.
- Furthermore, Select Sewing Machines reserves the right to deny a price match on any transaction that would result in monetary loss on the sale.
- If you find an exact match of a product at a lower price, please contact us by email or phone (toll-free at 1-888-898-4557) and submit your price match claim.
