Where will my order ship from?
For Singer products: Singer sewing machines, software, CDs, and dress forms ship directly from Singer (in Tennessee). By shipping directly from the manufacturer to the customer, we are able to lessen the possibility of our customers receiving product damaged in transit.
For Brother products: Brother sewing machines and accessories ship via their distributor from multiple points within the US:

Where your order ships from will be determined by which distribution center is closest to your location, with the product(s) in-stock.
Do you offer 2nd Day or Overnight shipping?
Yes, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping are generally available for an additional cost. However, there may be certain times of the year that Singer is unable to accommodate this request. If you would like to inquire about expedited shipping, please contact us and provide the product you're interested in and your shipping address, and we'll contact Singer to verify that they can facilitate the request and to receive the shipping cost.
